Unlike traditional tissue-level implants, the Z1 has been shown to reduce bone loss, as well as providing improved soft-tissue healing. The histology of the epithelial fibres that form around zirconia is similar to that of fibres formed around a natural tooth, therefore a stronger bond is created.
