Rodericks Dental would like to congratulate Pamela Davies, Dental Nurse at Cefn Coed Dental Practice, on winning the Aspirations Apprentice of the Year 2017!
Pamela has been described by colleagues as a “happy, jolly whirlwind… with a fantastic personality” and “amazing woman and a pleasure to work with”. She has also been praised for her outstanding dedication to bettering herself through the training programme and to delivering first class care to her patients.
She commented:
“It feels fantastic – I’m honoured to have won and for Aspirations to have nominated me.
“I love my job and my colleagues are so supportive with everyday challenges that may arise in the workplace. Cefn Coed Dental Practice is a fab, friendly and family orientated place to work. Our patients are friendly and on some occasions feel like family too.
“I’d like to thank Robert Davies and the Cefn Coed team for giving me the opportunity to work with them and for making me feel so welcome. Without their support and patience when I was training, I don’t think I’d have completed my apprenticeship so quickly. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me and my family.”
