“This was the first time I had attended a BACD recommended meeting and it fulfilled all of my expectations,” says Dr Barry Tibbott, who recently attended a session in London.
“I happened to be in London at the time and knew one of the speakers presenting, so I thought it was a good opportunity not to be missed.
“The meeting was easy to reach at a good venue, with equally lovely catering that followed the session.
“The speakers were excellent and offered good presentations. They were also very knowledgeable about the subject as they clearly explained the material they were presenting.
“The group in attendance was small but ideal for conducive discussion. It was more like a tutorial session, which was excellent and made the experience worthwhile.
“The meeting was very well organised overall and I definitely plan to join more sessions in the future.”
