Dr John Kois has become one of the world’s foremost experts in the dental profession, with a great passion for teaching and helping aspiring dentists to succeed in practice.
Offering a breadth of expertise at this year’s BACD Annual Conference, Dr Kois will present a session entitled “Functional Occlusion: Current Challenges”, where he will explore the role occlusion plays in the long-term success of restorative dentistry.
“My lecture will build a concept of occlusion, based on available science, which will close the gap between ‘laboratory generated occlusion’ and ‘operatory required therapeutic occlusion’,” says Dr Kois.
“If delegates take away one thing from my session, I hope that it is the importance of pathway versus guidance. Delegates will not go back to practice on Monday morning as the same dentist.”
