No ‘i’ in ‘team’

Over the past year, Colosseum Dental has invested heavily in all its practices. In order to achieve the best results, practice managers and their teams have been involved in the refurbishment of their clinics.

Gemma Hales, a multi-site practice manager with Colosseum Dental, reflects on the refurbishment process of the Maidstone Dental Clinic:

“The previous state of the building was extremely poor and this would reflect in our comments book/feedback from patients.

“Every person pulled together as a team for the refurbishment and it worked extremely well to combine all our strengths. We were able to alter things to benefit both the practice and our patients during the refurb project.

“With all the recent changes, I can clearly see the direction and morale of our owners and Colosseum Dental really is a great place to work. We place collaboration at the heart of everything we do. In turn, this fosters an entrepreneurial spirit and enables us to provide the best care to our patients. Our teams are incredibly proud of what they do!”
