At Colosseum Dental UK, we are all about our people. That includes our patients and our practice teams. As such, we do everything we can to facilitate the provision of exceptional patient care. Aside from cutting-edge facilities, modern clinics and a choice of quality materials, we also make professional training and education a priority. We aim to create opportunities and provide the support necessary for individuals to advance their skills and excel in their chosen career. To do this and do it right, communication with practice team members is essential.
That’s why we are constantly interacting with our associates, dental hygienists, dental nurses and practice managers about changes we have made or could make. We encourage everyone to speak up, to share their ideas and highlight any concerns that they may have. We want to know when there’s something we can do to improve the working environment or the patient care we deliver. Equally, we want to know when something is working well so we can build on it further.
