Congratulations to the BSDHT student of the year!

At the Oral Health Conference (OHC) 2020, the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT) was thrilled to present its coveted Student of the Year Award to Claire Bennett from Cardiff University!
Claire Bennett has now completed her degree in Dental Therapy and has been in dentistry for over 24 years, working in several different roles. She originally qualified as a dental nurse with additional qualifications in radiography and oral health education. She then progressed to teaching dental implant nursing on a national level for multiple companies. Now, she runs her own successful, state-of the art practice.
Upon receiving the award, Claire tuned into the online session to say that it was a “great honour and privilege” to receive such a prestigious prize.
